NUORO

Nuoro (Nùgoro) is a town situated in the central-eastern part of Sardinia (Italy), at the foot of the Ortobene Mountain. The Nuoro countryside was one of the centre of the Nuragic Civilization (which developed in Sardinia from c BC to c. 250 BC).

Siniscola is a little city near the sea in the East cost of Sardinia: there are inhabitants. It lies at the foot of the mount “Albo” which is an important touristic resort. The most important square is the “Square of the market”. The most important churches are San Giovanni, Sant’Efisio, San Giuseppe and San Giacomo.

Near Siniscola there are wonderful beaches such as La Caletta.
