USER TESTING NOTES 1 Clumsy gramatic constructions Wrongly used expressions – “Sreen readers” for the deaf-mute instead for the blind – Check-speller instead of spell-checker Incompatibility of some parts of the lessons Lots of acronyms used – translating repetition, sometimes acronyms are inconsistent Unorganised listings of figures (each lesson page starts with Figure 1, most of figures are number 1)
