First name, Last name Job title Contact me: My research focuses on productivity improvement that can be achieved using agile methods. Especially pair programming and the implementation phase in software development as a whole is in the very core of my research. Agile methods do have shortcomings compared to plan-driven methods, but when used in appropriate situations, they can bring productivity improvements through leaving out tasks and artifacts from the process that are not actually needed and concentrating to those that are essential.
