Presentation transcript:

Terminal Learning Objective ACTION: Supervise employment of nuclear, biological, and chemical markers. CONDITIONS: Given a NBC marking set, grease pencil, NBC 4 Report, and MOPP gear with assigned protective mask. You are in a simulated tactical environment where nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons have been used and contamination has been located and identified.

Terminal Learning Objective (cont.) STANDARD: Verify that the appropriate marker is selected. Verify that required information is recorded on the marker. For DULLRAM contamination, ensure soldiers write the words "SUSPECTED DULLRAM" on the radiological contamination marker. Verify that the marker is emplaced properly. Verify that the information recorded on the NBC 4 Report is correct. Ensure the NBC 4 Report is properly submitted.

Learning Objective A ACTION: Identify requirements for supervising employment of NBC markers for radiological contamination (including DULLRAM). CONDITIONS: Given a NBC marking set, grease pencil, and MOPP gear with assigned protective mask. You are in a simulated tactical environment where nuclear weapons have been used and contamination has been located and identified.

Learning Objective A (cont.) STANDARD: Verify that the marker with the white background and the word ATOM written in black lettering is selected. For DULLRAM contamination, ensure soldiers write the words "SUSPECTED DULLRAM" on the radiological contamination marker. Verify that required information is recorded on the marker. Verify that the marker is emplaced properly.

Learning Objective B ACTION: Identify requirements for supervising employment of NBC markers for biological contamination. CONDITIONS: Given a NBC marking set, grease pencil, and MOPP gear with assigned protective mask. You are in a simulated tactical environment where biological weapons have been used and contamination has been located and identified.

Learning Objective B (cont.) STANDARD: Identify that the soldier must verify the following requirements: a.) That the marker with the blue background and the word BIO written in red lettering is selected. b.) That required information is recorded on the marker. c.) That the marker is emplaced properly.

Learning Objective C ACTION: Identify requirements for supervising employment of NBC markers for chemical contamination. CONDITIONS: Given a NBC marking set, grease pencil, and MOPP gear with assigned protective mask. You are in a simulated tactical environment where chemical weapons have been used and contamination has been located and identified.

Learning Objective C (cont.) STANDARD: Identify that the soldier must verify the following requirements: a.) That the marker with the yellow background and the word GAS written in red lettering is selected. b.) That required information is recorded on the marker. C.) That the marker is emplaced properly.

Learning Objective D ACTION: Identify the requirements and submission for an NBC 4 Report. CONDITIONS: Given a completed NBC 4 Report. STANDARD: Verify that the information recorded on the NBC 4 Report is correct. Ensure the NBC 4 Report is properly submitted.
