What It Does The AccuTec 10/22 ® BARREL PUSHER is a tool designed to facilitate the easy removal of factory and aftermarket barrels from the receivers of Ruger ® 10/22 ® rifles.

How It Does It It accomplishes this task by locking itself inside the stripped receiver via the insertion of the Upper Guide Rod into the magazine retention hole located in the forward portion of the receiver, and by the capturing of the Lower Guide Rod by the re-installment of the forward trigger guard cross pin. Installation on a field stripped receiver literally takes seconds.

How It Does It (con’t)  Once installed, the bolt is turned clockwise with a user-supplied wrench, driving the Pusher Bar forward and resulting in the effortless removal of the barrel out the front of the receiver.  The AccuTec Barrel Pusher negates the need to place the receiver or barrel into a padded vice.  Any mounted optics may be left in place.  The Barrel Pusher replaces brute force with controlled mechanical leverage.

Physical Description  Each 10/22® Barrel Pusher is machined to high tolerances using state of the art CNC equipment. The Pusher and Anchor bars are made from ¼” thick A-2 tool steel. Both Guide Rods are machined from 5/16” steel rod, then heat treated to a Rockwell (C) hardness of 50. The custom Pusher is constructed from 6/6 Nylon, which is extremely durable, yet won’t mar the barrel. A rust resistant Black Oxide coating is applied to all metal parts at no extra cost.  Each Tool comes with a lifetime guarantee.  The Tool’s physical size is roughly 2” tall, 4” long and it weighs 5 ½ ozs.  Every AccuTec Tool is proudly made in the USA.
