I run with my head, not my shoes. 1

I need to have goals & objectives to improve myself. 2

The next step is just as important as the last. 3

Never pospone a run or you will regret it. 4

Music empowers your rhythm and the rhythm is fueled by your breath. 5

There is always someone faster than you. Keep running. 6

Stretching is the least painful part of running 7

You always run alone. But having friends with run with is even better. 8
