Wellness Consultant Definition: As an owner of an ILWS system you automatically qualify for the following. This program is based on a Calendar month and resets the 1st of each month. Activity fee: 1 system – 5% 2 systems – 10% 3-5 systems – 15% 6-9 systems – 17% 10+ systems – 20% These percentages are retroactive as the level increases. Royalty fee: A 5% royalty fee on all sales sold by your personal customers.

Wellness Manager Definition: This is a Wellness Consultant who has either. a) Made 10 personal sales within 12 consecutive months b) Make 15 Team sales within 12 consecutive months c) Completed the Wellness FAST TRACK This program is based on a Calendar month and resets the 1st of each month. Wellness Director Definition: This is a Wellness Manager who has completed 20 sales, either team and/or personal. This program is based on a Calendar month and resets the 1st of each month. Royalty fee: A 7% royalty fee on all sales sold by your personal customers.
