Needed Paperwork I have two copies of what your team is missing. – One copy is for you to keep, and the other is to turn in to me if there are any changes that need to be made. Please make sure you have 2 players down for CPR/FA/AED Certification. – I need a copy of that person’s card ASAP Deadline for paperwork is Monday October 14 th by 5pm – I will be gone this Friday and Wednesday-Friday next week – I have a mailbox downstairs in the Rec Center behind the front desk

CPR/FA/AED Class I will be teaching a CPR/FA/AED Class this Saturday from 8am- 11am in the Upper Group Fitness Room If you want to use your allocation money, please let me know. If you are paying for this on your own, please make a check out to Mark Gebhardt, or bring cash.

Field Usage Please make sure if you see community members using our outdoor facilities to call UNC Police. They are trespassing, and should not be “bullying” you guys on scheduled space. It’s starting to get darker earlier, and some of you leave your practices when it’s already dark. Make sure your teammates are NEVER walking to their cars/dorms alone at night.

Training with Athletics #1 their weight room #2 their student personnel who would be able to compose program plans and trainings that are specific to your sport. If your team has interest in this please let me know how often you would like to work out, for how long (1 or 2 hours), and if you would be able to commit to the entire semester. There would be a cost associated with this ($15-$25 per hour is what we are going to propose), and it would differ depending if you just want to use the weight room and/or if you wanted a personal trainer for your team to make specific trainings.

Traveling Please remember I need travel rosters the Monday before you leave If you are taking vans or hotels they are due 2 weeks prior to your departure Remember to return the travel binder I give you that Monday when you get back
