First name, Last name MEET OUR RESEARCH GROUP Job title Contact me: See more First name, Last name Contact me: See less My research focuses on productivity improvement that can be achieved using agile methods. Especially pair programming and the implementation phase in software development as a whole is in the very core of my research. Agile methods do have shortcomings compared to plan-driven methods, but when used in appropriate situations, they can bring productivity improvements through leaving out tasks and artifacts from the process that are not actually needed and concentrating to those that are essential. This will lead to an reduce in cost and faster value gain for the customer. I'm also searching the connection between productivity and eye movements, and how can we use superimposed eye-movements as an additional aid in distributed collaborative work. Keywords of my research are: productivity, agile methods, pair programming, visual attention, virtual teams.
