Subawards Closeout Subs team is tightening their processes Will model GIM 39 (Closeouts of Prime Awards) – Advance notifications to PIs and Departments – Close PO – Then close subaward – Close the budget number when appropriate

Subawards Clean-Up Project 150 subawards with end dates before 12/31/13 Scheduled to be closed on 4/30/14 Single notification will be sent to PIs and Departments on 4/14/14 – Excel spreadsheet attached with a full list Also notified MRAM by and meeting Is anything more needed?

Next Project Converting from PAS to Ariba for purchase orders – Records expiring in 2014 will stay in PAS – Records expiring in 2015 will be moved to Ariba – New records will be set up in Ariba Details coming in the next few months
