Youth Fest and Battle of the Bands (In partnership with PRCS) Loudoun Teen Bands and soloist compete in “battles” on 1/16, 2/13, 3/13 and 4/17. Youth Fest: Music, games, food and fun on May 30, Leadership Loudoun Youth (July and Aug 3-7) Two summer programs focusing on leadership and communication for rising sophomores, juniors and seniors. Provides interactive exposure to many top leaders and organizations that are shaping Loudoun’s economy and culture.
