A lock in is when you are lock in at a place where you can play games or do other things. Lock ins are fun to have and to be in and it also helps with the community for younger people with their social life.

How to get some of the kids to open up and take the leadership rule. To show the kids that leadership is not bad. Show the kids how leadership skills help out in the real world. Explain how it gets jobs and things done that need to be.

Team work Show why teamwork is important. Show the kids how to work as a team. Teach the kids the importance of working together in groups.

Football Soccer Wiffle ball Dodge ball Basket ball Board games (uno, life, scrabble, word up) Volley ball Games that more than likely todays child are not in to because of video games, computers, and movies.

To earn and gain respect for fellow class mates of just normal people like yourself. Show that respect is important to know in the real world/ working world.

Reasonability's To give your all to the team not to held back if you can help. Show how reasonability is important.

How we learned as a group. How kids have their own personality and how to get them to fit into others. How to re-acted in a better or more active why to make the kids understand and respect what we say.
