2012 Legislative Session  Medicaid Billing – HB 5301  Disputed Billings  AHCA to certify disputed amount back to 2001 due by August 1  Estimated $26 million  85% of disputed billings deducted from Revenue Sharing over 5 years beginning in October  Estimated $24.7 million  If challenged via Chapter 120, deductions will be 100% of disputed billings
