Your initial password will be your last name. Your e-mail address is the one you use for your sport. Every official MUST have their own e-mail address. Addresses cannot be shared. From “My Start Page”, select “Calendar” 4/7/2017 Select the Month you want to block dates for – you will find this option to select on the right-hand of the screen right below the Date Range box. Then choose under “Action” what type of block you would like to do – “Block All Day”, “Block Part Day”, or “Clear Blocks”. From “My Start Page”, select “Calendar” Version 2.5

Set the Date Range for the “Block All Day” Action 4/7/2017 You will enter in the “From” and “To” Field with the appropriate dates – use the calendar icon to the right of each field to select the dates or type the date in. Format when typing “MM/DD/YYYY”. Once you have those dates entered, select the “days” of the week to affect and place a check mark in each day of the week selection. Then click “Apply”. Set the Date Range for the “Block All Day” Action Version 2.5

It now shows the applied “All Day” Block for the selected Date Range. 4/7/2017 “Blocking Part of a day” To Block Part of the day would be the same, except you would include the “Time Range” – “From” & “To”. Remember – Do not forget to include the Date Range in your selection. **You can also select a single day from the calendar to block (All or Part Day Block). It now shows the applied “All Day” Block for the selected Date Range. Version 2.5

First – Select the type of block you need “Block All Day”, “Block Part Day”, or select “Clear Blocks” Next – Select the date range for that selection, if you selected “Block Part Day” don’t forget to include the time “From” & “To”. If you press “Done” instead, you will return to the previous screen with no changes to your schedule! Once you press submit you can no longer edit the status of any game that you accept or decline. After you press submit, you must contact the assignor to change the status of any game that you have accepted or declined. Version 2.5

The assignor may communicate important information in this field. For example, if a team has a player that may not play because of a red card you will be notified in this field. If the “Notes” icon is red then there is no note associated with a game. Version 2.5

If there are numbers in the dark green box at the bottom, then there are multiple pages. Click on the number to switch pages. You can change the number of officials displayed per page. The sort order can be changed by clicking on one of the headers at the top of the page. Clicking on an e-mail address will start your e-mail program. Clicking on the address will generate a map (via MapQuest) Version 2.5
