EMPAC will strive to Embed evidenced based policing across all levels of the service within the E Midlands region Working with academia provide a knowledge and insight base which is reliable and up to date Be a catalyst for further collaboration and innovation into the service
EMPAC will achieve this by Co-ordinating the translation of evidence into professional development and practice Draw on a full network of collaborating institutes with a track record of activities relevant to the Police Service in the East Midlands Undertake research of high quality Co-ordinate a series of wider activities
