 Purpose:  Provide a forum, via video or teleconference, for:  Joint intergovernmental dialogues;  Joint government/private sector dialogues.  Assist senior-level decision makers by providing a process to collect and disseminate information.  Assist senior-level decision makers by providing recommendations for national-level priorities for recovery and resumption of trade, including:  Cargo priorities;  Vessel priorities.
