 The ability to store, manage and share data  The creation of a platform to harmonogenize information in a central area that can be easily access by key persons  The need for greater collaboration with the integration efforts towards development plan  Incredible tools available that can be utilized and is utilize by countries to aid in their decision making process

 Using the technology to make assessment easier (inclusion of pictures, video in shelter inspection report)  Assist with needs assessment  Prioritization of where needs assessment should be done  Can be as a planning, implementation and evaluation tool

 We need support in helping us develop the capacity  We need hands on Manual for the use of the tool  Consistency with training  Continued follow-up with the country reps within individual countries

 Financial  Technical (Human Resource)  Equipment and materials ( Smart Phone and GPS)  Sustainable long term plan towards Data Management  Dedicated persons to work towards the initiative

 A team will be formed amongst the country reps  Within a one month period the team will seek to find out what data exists.  Mr. Terry Charles- Coordinator  Mr. Fabian Purcell- Will circulate the report on the data availability prepared under the PSMP ( Public Sector Management Project)
