Special Provisions Yr For formal exams in Yr For all assessment tasks in Yrs 11 & 12 Applications prepared for BOS by Ruth Mullins –Test students to evaluate level of provision –Collect specialist reports –Collect teacher comments Receive replies from BOS –Inform students of result of application –Appeal where appropriate.

Special Provisions Yr Co-ordinate training/use of Reader/Writers Timetable Reader/Writers –Distribute timetable to R/W and SP students Arrange/assist in rooming allocations /supervision for students using Special Provisions Get copies of exams ready/explain to supervising teachers all provisions Liaise with KLA and Year Coordinators regarding SP in exam blocks.
