Why Commercial Stats? Honeywell Commercial stats comply with the commercial building codes Economizer, 2 hour override, autochangeover, No Hold Commercial stats have the right feature set: Occupied/Unoccupied terminology ( Not wake, leave, sleep, return) Autochangeover out of the box Partial and Full Lockout Levels with Override buttons Commercial stats have a commercial algorithms More aggressive to deal with commercial buildings loads More sensitive and shorter sensor response time Commercial stats support auxiliary commercial devices Any number remote sensors (Residential requires 1, 4, or 9 sensors) Economizers (other stats enable on Fan “G” terminal; waste energy) Actuators (modulating, floating) More Impactful Energy Savings Economizer, Holiday button, Overrides, No Hold

TB Commercial Stats Application Guide Schools – Individual Zone Control CANCEL PERIOD button allows the thermostat to remain in permanent unoccupied mode to provide energy savings to school classrooms not being used. When a teacher wants to use a classroom, they press the OVERRIDE button and the thermostat enters the occupied period providing the necessary comfort. Restaurant – Food Service Honeywell’s COMMERCIAL ALGORITHM provides the best comfort control to react to the challenging environments of food service environments. Restaurants have high heat load demands from cooking equipment, high heat/cool demands from frequent atrium entrance openings/closings, and high load demands based on fluctuating occupant numbers. The ECONOMIZER function allows restaurants to meet the appropriate ventilation requirements and is also important to BALANCE the air intake of the restaurant.

TB Commercial Stats Application Guide Office Buildings – After Hours Control Honeywell commercial thermostats can perform after-hours control for office building tenants through the use of the OVERRIDE button. The override button can be configured for a length of time (1, 2, 3, 4 hours) and can be configured for an exact override setpoint. Commercial Codes Honeywell TB Commercial stats comply with commercial building codes and meet the most rigorous standard, California’s Title 24. The commercial stats do not have HOLD button, which allows the thermostat to be in PERMANENT SCHEDULE. The OVERRIDE button allows the tenant to override an unoccupied mode for up to 4 hours. The PRE-OCCUPANCY purge function and ECONOMIZER function allows the building owner to meet all HVAC ventilation codes for commercial buildings.

T7351F Application Guide Schools Banks Churches The 365 DAY CALANDER makes the T7351F ideal for classroom use as up to 10 HOLIDAYS can be scheduled into the HOLIDAY scheduler. The DEHUMIDIFICATION features can be implemented to control dew points in school buildings. For school gymnasiums or auditoriums, the T7351F’s PID ALGORITHM is the best control algorithm available that can heat and cool large spaces quickly and accurately. Banks The T7351F is ideal for banks because the 365 DAY CALANDER can program up to 10 HOLIDAYS into the HOLIDAY scheduler. Churches For public worship locations, the T7351F’s PID ALGORITHM is the best control algorithm available that can heat and cool large spaces quickly and accurately. The PID ALGORITM is specifically tuned for over-sized equipment and has a short sensor time constant that can react quickly to load changes.

T7351F Application Guide Retail Office Building Zones The T7351F CUSTOMIZABLE RECOVERY RAMP feature guarantees that your store will be at the exact temperature specified when the store opens. Office Building Zones The T7351F is the only Honeywell thermostat that integrates with OCCUPANCY sensors for office zones that are normally unoccupied or partially occupied. The T7351F WALL MODULES, including the T7771 and T7770B/C/D models, provide end-users with flexibility to control optimal comfort during occupied events. The T7351F CUSTOMIZABLE RECOVERY RAMP feature guarantees that the office zone will be at the exact temperature specified when the office opens.
