I ususally try to find creative solutions in my work. I like new challenges and new situations. I need other people´s inspiration to be creative. I am able to be creative – considering both thinking methods an behaviour – during my daily routine. I like to experience new impuleses, new situátions everyday. I like to be in „deep water“ situations when I can´t use my routin. Creative people are happy. Creativity can be used everywhere (in private and professional life equally). People need time to be creative. Creativity opens people´s mind. Creativity opens people emotionally. Creativity (mind, attitude, behaviour) enhances work effectiveness. Creativity enhances the level of motivation of the emploees.
