Process to transition into a Partnership. We will bring in our Operations Review Team to review our R.T.D.S. system and establish the key areas YOU want monitored and tracked. We’ll follow up with our HR department to hire the best unloading team for you, to include your direction on local existing talent. All hires will be required to meet our standards. Our Company has in place a “traveling team” made up of our best unloaders, supervisors, and HR staff that will be brought in prior to our start up to insure a smooth and solid transition to the use of our services. Our top management will follow up with regular meetings and reviews of our progress throughout the first 6 months of service to insure we are meeting your every need in our personnel, management style, training, systems technology, and have a true direction on our opportunities for growth and improvement for the future.

We are on top of every load: Quick Turn on all loads—our goal is to turn ALL trucks in 2 hours of less. Inspect freight to eliminate damage in receiving and respond to our customer and vendors if there are any issues. Prepare product for customer to warehouse accordingly. Monitor loads to look for scheduling improvements in flow on dock Monitor Vendors for: –Internal damage of product –Quality of pallets, stacking of product, securing product in truck Monitor carriers for: –On time delivery –Damage, shifting freight, etc.
