Welcome National College Funding Services, Inc. “Creating Solutions For Education”

National College Funding Services, Inc. Is……. A Community Service Organization “We help people help themselves” A National Reputation with a Local Address

What do we do? n We provide College Assistance Programs to students seeking a college education. n We share critical information regarding college entitlements, forms and deadlines in seeking financial assistance for a college education. n We provide FUNDING up to the cost of college as defined by the school less any aid received regardless of income and assets. –What is our company goal? n Our goal is to insure that every student in America wishing to acquire a college education will not be turned down due to a lack of Information or Funding.

What is our concept of service? n Our concept of “service” is not only to provide the student with available funds needed to attend the college of their choices… n but to prepare both the student and parents with a planned program that makes the entire education process easy and rewarding.

What is our Fundamental Philosophy? n Regardless of where one receives the necessary financial assistance to attend college, repayment help will be needed. n We also know that to loan anyone $20,000-$50,000 or more to attend college puts the borrower in serious debt. n Anyone borrowing money today has a need and a desire to be become a responsible borrower but there can be a conflict between the “desire versus the ability”. n We agree that every student has a right to a good education, but it’s going to take money to exercise that right. What does it take to exercise that right? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

You Will Be A College Funding Expert n As a community service organization we provide information about College Entitlements that people have as being an American Tax Paying citizen. This information is provided to the community through quality individuals … like you! n Through interviews we provide 3 Financial Assistance Packages through The Federal Family Education Loan Program. n We are not a referral service. We provide the comprehensive educational services and represent an approved Qualified Lender of Federal Title IV funds. n OUR LENDER ORIGINATES THE CHECKS! n In summary, we provide UP TO THE COST of Education as define by the school, less any aid received; regardless of a families income and assets. These loans are all non-collateralized and most all depend on repayment after graduation.

NCFS is in the people business! n You do like people ……correct? n The problem is that most people in the Financial Services Industry are all dressed up with no place to go! n Would you agree with the following? –There are no shortage of products to sell (You may already have the best term, ul, ltc, mf, etc.. But so does everyone else) –There are no shortage of companies to represent. –Then why isn’t everyone healthy, wealthy and wise?

The Problem n The American public in the last five years has been bombarded by every form of sales solicitation known to man. It is difficult to get an appointment much less a favorable appointment. Especially with the increased use of the internet for “leads”. n You would not be looking at this career opportunity if you had all the people you wanted to see. n You are already successful and like what you are doing, you just wish you could do a lot more of it. Is that correct?

What Does Everyone Want? Professional Service Provider vs. Salesman Solve a Need vs. Sell a Greed Appointment vs. Prospect

NCFS offers a Career Opportunity The Key: Is to change from a sales position mentality to a service need PROVIDER view from the community. You will go from a greed based sales, “where is my next SALE coming from … give me referral please, please, please” job; To an Interview / Serviced based career with: To an Interview / Serviced based career with: unlimited prospects that completely renew each year unlimited prospects that completely renew each year A need that is already established A need that is already established clients that have the money to pay for the services they need … and … that you have clients that have the money to pay for the services they need … and … that you have

Loan Officers Job n How much do you want? n How will you pay it back if you live? n How will you pay it back if you die? n This is all established through an interview not a sales process? n Is there pressure on the loan officer to make the loan? n The size or amount of the monthly repayment is not his concern? n The loan officer could have a 100% closing ratio if he wanted to! n The borrower never takes no for an answer if declined - ask to please reconsider or -borrower goes to another bank n This is your client!!!!!

Summary n You will service your community through a career profession which conduct’s it’s business through interviews arranged by parents and students in need of financial assistance to send their child to school. n You will be visiting with: middle and upper income families, middle and upper income families, from a never ending, replenishing prospecting pool, from a never ending, replenishing prospecting pool, about a need that is already established, about a need that is already established, families that would do anything if you could solve their problem! families that would do anything if you could solve their problem!

Summary n You are interviewing not selling! n You have absolutely nothing to sell!! n You are a provider of professional services like a doctor, lawyer,CPA n Middle and upper income have $$$ to address repayment options! n You solved the problem of prospecting! n You solved the problem of creating a need! n You offer an exclusive service within your field!

NO Prospecting! Franchise Turnkey Operation n Counselor Packets at High Schools –Financial Aid Nights at schools –Seminars n Corporate Salary Reduction Packets n Exclusives with local banks n Simple adds in local papers n Current clients

What do you do now? n We cannot answer that question for you. n You have just reviewed a career opportunity with a $20, a month income potential. n No that is not a type -0- error on the income figure. n A question to help you. Does what you presently do have that much potential for you??? n If not then perhaps a CAREER with NCFS should be your next move.
