Transcript Verification Reports Picked up on the way in Shows all credits to date Responsibility of students to confirm that TVR is correct Students will be signing original TVR’s when Grad Transition Program Presentations are completed. Please see your counsellor for any inaccuracies or address changes etc.

Graduation Transitions Program GTP booklets/folders were due Monday. HAND IN ASAP if not already done so. Students who do not complete GTP WILL NOT graduate. GTP will not be offered again in Semester 2 Counsellors will mark booklets and have them available for students to pick up in Counselling. Sign up for presentations will occur in January. Only students who have completed and received a “Requirements Met” on their booklet will be eligible to sign up for a presentation in January. GTP Presentations will occur February 4 th & 5 th.

Post Secondary/Scholarships/Bursaries UNBC & CNC Reps will be at DPSS tomorrow (Thurs) during noon hour in the Canyon to provide info on their programs, answer any questions. If the plan is to attend a Post Secondary Institution in Sept 2015, you should be applying right now if not already done so. Online Post Secondary Institutions (PSI) Selection Form – if not already completed, students must make their PSI selections on the Ministry of Ed website (included in your GTP booklet) Scholarship Newsletter – on DPSS website STARS School District Awards Program application process opens Jan 30 th and closes March 6 th. We will schedule a meeting Wed. Feb 11 th during Tutorial (Rm 1212) to help students with online application. Letter of Reference Form for scholarships – available in Counselling. If students are asking teachers/staff for a reference, please complete the form and give your references lots of time to write their letters.

Grad Executive Committee – First meeting will be Thurs, Dec 11 th at noon in Oval Conference Rm. Reminder to hand in “Intent to Participate in Valedictory Celebration” form & baby picture asap.
