Disadvantages Nearly every individual has to pick up ICT to be seen as competent when applying for a job or starting a business. Hacker-hacker most often describes someone who "hacks into" a system by evading or disabling security measures.

The Organisation Disadvantages Any smaller businesses that cant afford to advertise using the internet or buy a whole new ICT system may lose out. Labourers could lose their Jobs to more efficient machines.
