American History Thurs., Please put your notebook on the printer table in my office. If you are not taking the test, please pick up the handout from the front table and wait for directions. If you are taking the test, you need a #2 pencil. Next week: Everyone has to start bringing their textbooks to class. If you dont have one signed out, please let me know. Classroom textbooks wont be here. Final grades will be given Monday.

Test procedures Bubble the correct answer. When finished, please turn in. Pick up a handout from the front table On Slavery. Label this page 5. Read the article. Think about the questions. Write a response to the 2 questions.

P5 Class-work for non-test takers Read article On Slavery. Think about the 2 questions. Northerners, for the most part, opposed slavery because they saw it as unjust. Southerners, for the most part, thought slavery was a peculiar institution which their economy was dependent upon. Write responses to the 2 questions using details from the article. Turn in when finished. Stay quiet until we move on after everyone is finished with their test.
