Allows you to manage servicing carried out by a 3 rd party sub-contractor which means you can keep track of incurred costs. Business Intelligence Reports (BI). Improvements have been made to the reporting mechanism that was formerly known as OLAP (online analytical processing). There is now a multi-dimensional display format enabling you to drill down and view cross-sections of data in a single screen, organised within a hierarchical tree.
