Idioms  We are going to review the idioms list as a class.  Pick two idioms and write your idiom in your interactive notebook. Draw a picture of its literal meaning and use the words in a sentence.

Figurative Language Review  ?v=g64e6NyQZfo ?v=g64e6NyQZfo  We are going to listen and read the lyrics to One Thing by One Direction. As we do we are going to identify metaphors, personification, hyperbole, and idioms. We will also find rhyming pairs and alliteration.

When words paint pictures in Your Mind…. We call this imagery
