Page 4 of 15 Login to ETS 1. Login to ETS with your user name and password 3. Select Road Allowance 2. Expand Crown Mineral Activity
Page 5 of 15 a.Admin - this tab contains Contact information and Technical Contact, if needed. b.Well Details - this tab displays the Well ID, Surface location, Formations, Terminating Location, and other Well Information for this CMA type. c. Mineral Rights - this tab allows you to add the Freehold and Crown sections adjoining the Road Allowance. Road Allowance Tabs
Page 6 of 15 Complete Admin Tab 1.Enter Comments, Select Company Name 2. Enter Contact Information 3. Click Save Enter Technical Contact Information if available
Page 7 of Click on Save 1. Browse and select a PDF file A Surface and directional Well Survey is required. Browse and select from your directory to attach this document. After saving, proceed with the rest of the Well Details tab. Complete Well Details Tab – Attach Surface and Directional Well Survey

Page 9 of Select the applicable Purpose, Well Type, and Substance 1. Enter date, if applicable Complete Wells Details Tab – Add Well Details Select at least one purpose, well type, and substance.
Page 10 of Click on the Formation dropdown to select an option 2. Click Add 3. Select and Add a Terminating Formation from the dropdown Well Details Tab – Formations The Terminating Formation must be selected if different from the (In the) Formation. 4. Click on Save

Page 12 of Enter Crown agreement Number 3. Click on Search 1. Click on the find button ( ) to search for a Crown agreement 4. Select the checkbox 5. Click OK Mineral Rights Tab – Add Agreement Number Ensure to SAVE after completing a search for a Crown agreement.
