The information contained herein is subject to change without notice. 2 Automatically monitor events and open incidents An application owner who has just received ownership of a new project may want to:  Monitor the new project.  Automatically open incidents according to the online monitoring status.  Ensure that notification is received about such opened incidents, both to himself and to the people who are responsible for the fix as well.
