Make an Origami Jumping Frog

1. Start with a regular 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper.

2. Fold the top right corner down until the top left angle is bisected.

3. Unfold and repeat step two starting with the left corner this time.

4. Your creases will create an X 4. Your creases will create an X. Turn your paper over and fold the top of the X down onto the bottom of the X.

5. You should have what now looks like an asterisk in crease marks.

6. Tucking in the middle of the asterisk, fold the top down until it matches the bottom of the asterisk.

7. Fold the flaps on the left and right up to the top.

8. Fold the left and right edges to the middle.

9. Fold the bottom edge upward.

10. Then fold the edge back down until it lines up with the bottom.

11. Flip over your frog and run your finger down the back to make it jump.
