Harmony This basic concept is accomplished when all your elements, foliage, flowers, and containers go well together or compliment one and other.
Repetition This concept helps unify the floral design. Designers must be cautious when it comes to repetition. To much repetition can create A boring uneventful arrangement.
Balance This concept is by far one of the most important concepts when it comes to floral arrangement. Its the physical side of floral design. If an arrangement if not balanced it will fall over. Visually balanced is just as important because if its not pleasing to the eye, youve pretty much failed.
Rhythm This part is the visual line that your eyes move over when your looking at an arrangement. This can be accomplished with heavy and soft textures, light and dark colors and space.
