What is Vision “20-20” The Town of Rainy River is moving into the future with its Vision “20-20” Vision “20-20” is a play on words is good vision! is a year in our future! We are now setting year-by-year steps to accomplish our goals. We want to establish a timeline from today to the year 2020 that is achievable, do-able and measurable. (See research re: Rainy River Flyway) How can we as a community utilize this resource, promoting our commerce, as well as preserving our environment?
