Nov ‘06: Pilot scans (2) completed ( reports published as web documents; FHWA support +$75,000) Dec ‘07: Full program initiated (Arora and Associates, Inc.; 6-yr contract) 6 annual funding increments through FY 2012: $3M+ ($500,000/yr for scans, $3.0 million total + FHWA support, $224,000) Program will continue, contingent on future funding and evaluation research
