The Project Idea The objective is the creation of a network that can analyse, research, experiment, promote and spread good practices in pre-primary services, reaching the following objectives in three years: 1 st year: the creation of an European website; the accomplishment of an international survey comparing the good practices of services for 0-6 year old children (in the 10 countries involved and in Latin America); the elaboration of future research and experimental projects. ©Copyright I.S.P.E.F. - E.C.E. The Project Idea The objective is the creation of a network that can analyse, research, experiment, promote and spread good practices in pre-primary services, reaching the following objectives in three years : 2 nd and 3th year: the start up and implementation of research and experimental projects; the construction of European dynamic models of innovative infancy services that take into account the peculiarities and the contexts of the different countries; the evaluation of the processes involved and of the results obtained; the validation of the existing services in the different countries; the development of a consultancy service for the certification of training in 0-6 children services. ©Copyright I.S.P.E.F. - E.C.E. Priority 1: Development of pre-primary and early learning provision Under this priority networks should provide a forum for provider, research institutions and associations in pre-primary and early learning provision, with joint involvement of parents as shared responsibility. They should cover all of the following aspects: identifying, exchanging and building on experience and good practice in pre- primary and early learning provision; pedagogic approaches which foster creativity in children from an early age; early language learning; identifying topics for multilateral projects and other cooperation at European level.. ©Copyright I.S.P.E.F. - E.C.E. The structure of the partnership In a network project, each partner can potentially be the main coordinator, both at a national and at an international level, and the network itself can be the means to promote the development of new research and experimentations in the field of education and childcare.
