Social Media Monitoring Platform SocialClout allows you to listen the buzz around your products/services/brands in the various social media platforms. To start this, you will require to configure your accounts on various social media sites in SocialClout. Following slides in this manual will guide you through this configuration process. Also SocialClout provides you the feature to analyze your competitor’s social media accounts and help you to stay ahead in competition. You can configure your competitor’s social media accounts in SocialClout as per the steps mentioned in this manual. Services - My and Competitor

Services – My Services 1. How to configure my social media services? 2  In SocialClout, you can configure your business accounts of Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube for monitoring and analysis.  Once you login in SocialClout, you will be on My Services. Alternatively, you can click ‘My Services’ from ‘Services’ menu.

My Services - Facebook 2. How to configure Facebook account? 3  In My Services, click on Facebook page tab to configure your Facebook page; for which you are administrator and not individual’s Personal Facebook accounts.  You should use business pages on Facebook for reaching out to your customers more effectively than personal Facebook accounts Click to login to Facebook. Enter your Facebook credentials.  Click on “Log in with Facebook” button. Facebook’s login dialog box opens.

My Services - Facebook 2. How to configure Facebook account? 4  Once you login into Facebook, the Facebook pages will be listed; for which you are an administrator.  You can click on ‘Configure account’ button to configure it and select whether you require CSA for configured account. Click to login to Facebook.  Once Configured, you can monitor activity on brand pages in Engagement Workflow and generate reports.  When you click on Require CSA, it will ask your Facebook credentials again to confirm your permission to post on your Facebook page on your behalf. It will help you in reaching out to your customers more effectively.  Similarly, we can configure Facebook pages in ‘Facebook Insight’ tab to collect and analyze its Insight. SocialClout does not store Facebook credentials. Click to Configure account for monitoring. Click to configure account for customer Service analysis.

My Services - Twitter 3. How to Configure Twitter Handle? 5  In My Services, click on Twitter tab to configure your Twitter handle; for which you are administrator. Click to login to Twitter.  Click on “Connect with Twitter” button. Twitter’s login dialog box opens. Enter your Twitter credentials.

My Services - Twitter 6  Once Configured, you can monitor activity on handle in Engagement Workflow and generate reports.  Once configured for CSA, it will help you in reaching out to your customers more effectively.  SocialClout does not store Twitter credential. Click to Configure account for monitoring. Click to configure account for customer Service analysis. 3. How to Configure Twitter Handle?  Once you login into Twitter, your Twitter handle will be listed.  You can click on ‘Configure account’ button to configure page for monitoring and select whether you require CSA for configured account.

My Services - YouTube 4. How to Configure YouTube Channel? 7  In My Services, click on YouTune tab to configure your YouTube Channel; for which you are administrator.  Click on “Connect with YouTube” button. YouTube’s login dialog box opens. Enter your YouTube credentials. Click to login to YouTube.

My Services - YouTube 8  This will help in capturing metrics of channel and videos and will provide you analytics in the reports.  SocialClout does not store Google credentials. Click to Configure account for monitoring. 4. How to Configure YouTube Channel?  Once you login into YouTube, your YouTube channels will be listed.  You can click on ‘Configure account’ button to configure channel for monitoring.

Services – Competitor Analysis 5. How to configure my competitor’s social media services? 9  In SocialClout, you can configure your competitor’s business accounts of Facebook and Twitter.  This will help you in analyzing your competitor’s strength and weakness on social media and in turn, will help you in stay ahead in competition.  You can click ‘Competitor Analysis’ link from ‘Services’ menu.

How to configure my competitor’s Facebook Pages? 10  In SocialClout, you can configure your competitor’s public Facebook pages.  You do not require its password to configure it.  Type the page name in Search box. The box will prompt you the page name.  Select prompted page and add it. Type the page name and select from prompt. Then click on add button to add page

Competitor Analysis - Facebook 5. How to configure my competitor’s Facebook Pages? 11  Once you add the page, it will be listed in the table below. It will be shown as ‘Configured’ and will start collecting its public level data such as posts, comments, number of likes, number of shares on daily basis.  Click on configure button to remove competitor ‘s page. Click on remove configuration of page.

Competitor Analysis - Twitter 5. How to configure my competitor’s Twitter Handle? 12  In SocialClout, you can configure your competitor’s public Twitter handle.  You do not require its password to configure it.  Type valid handle name in textbox.  Click add button to configure it in tool. Type the page name. Then click on add button to add page

Competitor Analysis - Twitter 5. How to configure my competitor’s Facebook Pages? 13  Once you add the page, it will be listed in the table below. It will be shown as ‘Configured’ and will start collecting its public level data such as tweets, retweets, and replies, number of followers on daily basis.  Click on configure button to remove competitor ‘s page. Click on remove configuration of page.

Competitor Analysis - Twitter What will happen after you configure social media accounts? 14 Once you configure your social media accounts in SocialClout,  SocialClout will start collecting data and metrics from your page \ handle \ channel as per your configuration from now onwards.  You can engage with your customers using Engagement workflow. For complete details, refer manual of Engagement.  The analytics of your social media data is available under reporting suite of SocialClout; the complete details of the same is available in Reports manual. Similarly, when you configure the social media accounts of competitor’s in SocialClout, SocialClout will start collecting public level data of those accounts from that point in time onwards. The competitor analysis reports provides complete analysis of this data under Reports. Refer Reports manual for its details.
