Facility Management NNFC EXECUTIVE - SUMMARY This report is a review on our performance during the last Month and is an attempt to analyses and evaluate our service delivery and make a progressive step forward with improvement plan. 4.Lowlights. Facility Management NNFC DateLocationFailure detailsAction taken & Status CleanroomLDB tripped due to neutral wire open and contacted with B Phase. Faulty wire replaced and made sure that all connections in the panel are firm Utility & Cleanroom 20%Di water drained out due to wet bunch 2&5 valves open position. Informed to Dr.Savitha CeNSE BuildingLeakage of Raw water due to the damage of water line to Cleanroom from RO plant. Replaced the damaged part and recharge the line CeNSE BuildingCCTV system not functioning due to damage of cord wire. Replaced the defective part & restore the system in operational.

5.Highlights. Facility Management NNFC CCTV camera (Old) installation complated. AHU PPM done. DG PPM done. Replacement of DI water cartage filter done. Terrace light done. ETP NaOH dosing pump got repaired. Chemicals unloading & shifting done. General exhaust- Damaged duct repaired. General exhaust PPM done. Characterization new 3Phase connection given. DG-4 B Check completed. Characterization Precision A/C PPM done. AHU -1 & 2 HEPA, Pre- filters replaced. Chiller-2 PPM done.

6.Initiatives Planned for next month Facility Management NNFC  Liquid nitrogen pipe line connection for defrosting.  AHU sweating water connection to the Cauvery tank.  Fire pump pressure switch connections.  Wet scrubber blower-1 alignment.  RO plant reject water & Di RO reject joint connection.  CCTV upgrade.  Wet scrubber recirculation pump vibration issue.  DG area street lights.  STP connection to fire tank.  UPS PPM schedule (Vendor)  DI Plant drainage.

13.Suggestions and Requirements Facility Management NNFC Shelters to be provided for DGs, Gas cylinders & Fire pump house to avoid rain water and leaves come inside the DG cabin, utility building & Raw water tank in side. Shelter with closed fencing can make on the Fire tank & this area use as storage place. Uniform & Safety shoes to be provided for all maintenance staffs. Walky-talky to provided for maintenance staff. Chemical & Gas cabinet exhaust to be provided.
