Slide 2 of xx Introduction/Background Mutitu Community Unit in Mbee sub-location of Kathiani sub-county, Machakos, Kenya. Hilly terrain with earth roads – impassable during rainy season. Mutitu dispensary serves a total population of 5,217 community members in 1027 households. Women in the reproductive age constitute 18% of the population.
