Where You will stay Danbury is an outdoor education and activity centre located in seventy acres of prime Essex countryside, just one mile from Junction 18 of the A12 You will stay in 10 man tents provided by Danbury Camp. Approximately 8-10 students per tent. Toilet/shower blocks. Separate shower blocks for staff/students.

Typical Day 7:30 Wake Up 8:30 Breakfast 9:30-12:30 Two Different Activities 12:30 Lunch 1:30-4:30 Two different Activities 5:30 Dinner 7:00 Evening Activity 9:30 Hot Drink and Biscuits 10:00 Bedtime

Meals Meals are served in the marquee. Cooked by Danbury Staff in their kitchens. Monday – Lunch, Dinner and Bedtime hot drink. 3 meals a day Tuesday to Thursday. Full English Breakfast or Continental. Lunch: Roll, Crisps, Fruit and Drink. Students can choose their sandwich filling. 2-course proper dinner. Hot drink and biscuit before bed. Friday – Breakfast and Lunch. Drink available throughout the day

Danbury Cup Students will be competing throughout the week for the Danbury Cup. Win points Lose Points Double Points Triple Points

What You will need! Enough clothes and underwear for 5 days. Sleeping Bag & Pillow Clothes may get dirty or muddy. Appropriate dress for camping! Temperature! Cover for Hot and Cold! Waterproof jacket and/or umbrella. Hat. Fancy Dress. Sunglasses, Sun tan Lotion. Torch. Pen and Note Book. Water Bottle.

Monday 30 th Arrive at school from 8:30 onwards. Parents to hand in any medication to Amanda Taylor – Clearly label with name & instructions Students to bring all luggage into main hall Set off for Danbury at 10:00am

Friday 4 th July Danbury Olympics Parents Welcome to watch from 11am Onwards ( and may take student home at ) 12:00 Award of Danbury Cup 12:30 Lunch 1:30 Depart for school
