People who: demonstrate strong potential to go on to become future research leaders within RIPPLE; bring additional strengths to already strong teams of CIs (‘strong’ = track record in attracting significant external funding; ‘teams’—must include several continuing FoE academics working in FoR 13); have strong collaborative skills; and able to contribute to bringing together FoE academics who have attracted significant external funding but may not have worked together yet.
