Holistic – encouraging the learners to develop essential supporting competencies (outcomes) as well as the specific outcomes required to acquire the qualification. Developmental – taking each learner through a self-discovery and skills internalisation process. Unit Standards-aligned – training and measuring the learners against the required unit standards to achieve the full qualification. The Training & Assessment Process The learnership is divided into subject sections. Each section will consist of: At the end: a summative exam and SSETA quality assurance process prior to SSETA certification approval. 5

Submission of reports to learners, company and SSETA. Close out 1. A summative exam is written 2. Final data is submitted to SSETA 3. Time-frames est.12 months for learnership process SSETA quality assurance and certification approval process outside our jurisdiction and timeframes for this unpredictable. Learner Entry Requirements A compulsory pre-training assessment (IEB tools or NQ+) Minimum of level 3 literacy & numeracy attained on the pre-training assessment (level 1 for NVC 2) 2 nd language (Afrikaans) at level 2 (std8). Group Size A minimum of 10 learners in-house. 7

Dyna accredited since 2001 – accreditation no 072. Dyna registered with DoE.
