2016/17 Large Programmes  10% and 20% uplift to the base rate where the student passes 4 or 5 A levels respectively at grade B  20% uplift to the base rate for the full level 3 International Baccalaureate where the student achieves 28 points  10% uplift to the base rate for Technical Baccalaureate programmes that are the equivalent of four A levels in size, and 20% for those that are the size of the full level 3 International Baccalaureate, where the student passes all the qualifications  confirm how these will be calculated and paid in December  specialist land-based provision programme weighting increased to 1.75 from 1.6

 Spending Review 2015 will determine quantum of funding and planning horizon /17 and beyond
