Online Reservation Step by Step Instructions

Login to the Online Reservation System STEP 1 Go to hover over Lender Information Tab and select MHC Online Reservation.

Login to the Online Reservation System STEP 2 Fill in the empty fields with your personal login credentials which were sent to you in an from Smart Solution.

If you need to go back to a previous screen always use the back button on the left side and never use your browser back button because it will log you out of the system.

Main Menu Screen As an Administrator you should see the menu of options below. The users should not be able to see the highlighted options on their login screen.

Main Menu - User Maintenance This button allows you as the administrator to set-up or modify individual users and passwords.

Click User Maintenance button to set-up or modify individual users and passwords.

Click New User button to add a new person. Once added their names will appear in the bottom box and you can modify user information by selecting their name.

Fill in all of the fields for the New User and click submit at the bottom.

Main Menu - New Loan Registration Select New Loan Registration to select new program type.

New Loan Registration View and choose the specific program and interest rate

New Loan Registration Click on the Data Import to upload the loan application from your system

Data Import Click browse to find the appropriate file to upload and then click the upload button

Data Import Application - Page 5 Co-Mortgagor Information Once completed, hit the submit button either on the left or at the bottom of the page.

Loan Detail This page shows information as entered in the loan application and provides the opportunity to reserve a Smart Solution Second or a Mortgage Credit Certificate.

Main Menu - View Loan Pipeline On user main menu, click on the View loan Pipeline to view the pipeline for all users.

The administrator will have an Open Conditions menu button that the user will not see Main Menu – Open Conditions The Reports button will also show a demographics report and Commitment Report that the user won’t see

View Loan Detail From the main menu you can enter a loan or Lender number to retrieve a file

Open Conditions Administrators will be able to see open conditions for all loans

Paying Your Commitment Fee Go back to the Lender Tab on MHC’s website and click the commitment fee button

15 & 30 Day Lock on Commitment Fee Enter the loan amount and choice of lock-in days and click continue Fee Calculation Shows your commitment fee total. Select continue

Payment Form Complete all information on the payment form. Please put the name of the borrower and the Reservation/ Loan Number in the description field and click submit.

Smart Solution Payment Borrowers will make their monthly payment to ServiSolutions. They can link their from the lender tab by selecting Smart Solution Payment or go directly to the website at

ServSol.com-Online Payment The borrower will select Customer Carenet below

Customer Log-In to Make Payments Borrowers will set up a user ID and Password to be used each time they login to make a payment
