Online surveys for Literacy and Numeracy

This is a requirement of the School Self Evaluation for the National Partnership You will be required to enter the Login and Password supplied to your school Do not change the Login or Password

Choosing surveys LITERACY or NUMERACY Educational Measurement and School Accountability Directorate (EMSAD)

Go to the My Survey section at the top of the page Once you have clicked on this, the surveys available to your school will be displayed Educational Measurement and School Accountability Directorate (EMSAD)

There are 6 surveys for Government schools Select the survey – eg Student NUMERACY Hit the Collect icon Educational Measurement and School Accountability Directorate (EMSAD)

A new message window appears. Select the To… button which will open up the address book

Select the student address book. School teachers will have the students in the school listed

To select a group of students for the , hit the “Shift” button on the computer to select the first student and then hit the “Shift” button to end the selection. The names to be selected will be highlighted.

Select the To button on the bottom of the page and the students selected will appear as names in the To box.

When you return back to the message you will now see the names in the “To…” box

Paste the hyperlink generated by survey monkey. Hit the “Send” button to send the out. Add the subject to the and paste the hyperlink generated by survey monkey. Type in any other comments, including the School Code.. Our School Code is xxxx.
