Mercury Mercury has no moons. Mercury is 36 million miles away from the Sun. Mercury has no atmosphere.

Venus Venus is the second planet from the Sun. Venus also has no moons. A year on Venus is 225 Earth-days and a day is 243 days long.

Earth Earth is the third planet from the Sun. Earth has one moon. A year on Earth is 365 days long.

Mars Mars has 2 moons. Mars is half the size of Earth. A year on Mars is 687 Earth-days long.

Jupiter Jupiter has 16 known moons. A year on Jupiter is 12 Earth-years long. A day on Jupiter is 10 Earth-hours.

Saturn Saturn has 18 moons. A year on Saturn is about 30 Earth-years long. A day on Saturn is 10 and a half Earth-hours long.

Uranus Uranus has 5 large moons and 10 small moons. A year on Uranus is 84 Earth-years long. A day on Uranus is 17 Earth-hours.
