SCRAP TIRES TIRE to PRODUCT Recycling

SCRAP TIRES  Thermal Decomposition Process (TDP) is an effective solution to the efficient treatment of scrap tire waste. Each reactor is a stand alone unit, giving each facility modular capacity. Output can be increased or reduced depending on the amount of reactors installed.  TDP turns scrap tires into valuable products: carbon black, fuel oil, gas, and steel.  These products recoup TDP investment in under four years.  TDP is robust, entirely safe and meets all regulatory global emission standards.  TDP provides self-sufficient energy for running the entire process, eliminating any fluctuations in energy costs. It generates quality marketable resources. TDP is among the most advanced technologies of its kind that is available today.  Each 8 reactor plant comes fully equipped and can treat approximately 64,000 tons of tires per year.  Technology applicable to certain Plastics as well.  Our technology is patent protected in the United States, Canada and Europe.
