The Start of an All-Star Career Dropped out of school at age 14 Was a member of the “Junior 40 Thieves” “Bowery Boys” “Brooklyn Rippers” “Five Points Gang” Frankie Yale, a bartender with gang connections, got Capone a job as a bouncer at the Harvard Inn. This is where he got scars on face from breaking up a fight.

Chicago Fellow “Five Points Member” and Capone’s mentor, Johnny Torrio moved to Chicago and got Capone a Job as a bodyguard for Boss James "Big Jim" Colosimo. Torrio took over Chicago after Colosimo was murdered. Frankie Yale and Al Capone were suspects for the slaying “Big Jim” and two others.
