Participation Motives for LLP  Adequate Income  Higher educational background support Lifelong Learning Programs  «To become more competent in my field of work» (41,7%)  «To raise my income» (39,5%)  «To Enjoy learning new» (31,3%) (Hellenic Adult Education Association, 2014)

Barriers for Participation  Cost of Participation (54,5%)  Lack of time due to work obligations(23,8%)  Due to family commitments (17,8%)  Lack of information and update on local scale regarding educational programs (16,6%)  Difficulty to commute to the places that such programs take place (16,6%) (Hellenic Adult Education Association, 2014)
