The moment that I become angry
You can do different things when you are angry:
1. You can yell and shout and say bad words Think about God until the Satan goes away Or,
2.You can rush to others and pull their hair Or, Sit down if you are standing, lie down if you are sitting to be relax
3.Stay angry till you look red and your head blow up Wash your hands and face with cold water and get prepared for praying. This can help you get better
4. Close your eyes and say whatever you want Try to remain quite as you can say something that make you embarrassed later
5. Stand on the ground and let whatever happens Leave the ground. For example, leave the classroom if you are angry with your classmate
6. Keep on fighting till your hands and legs get broken and you get heart attack Try to smile. ( Keep in mind that the other person might get angrier if you keep on smiling. Therefore, try to smile far from the fighting ground)
