Overview Welcome! Your challenge today is to create a gift company that will sell sweets Challenges are to – create a team, – a company name, – a PowerPoint pitch, – Carry out some computer secondary research into possible ideas and products – what do other people do? – a trade stand and a fully packaged product. At 2pm you will have to stop and show your ideas so that everyone can vote!

Challenge 2: Come up with a name for your company For example “tuck shop” Needs to be catchy Needs to grab customers attention Needs to be relevant to your product

Challenge 3: hold a team meeting and divide up the tasks Decide who will create the packaging? Who will create the trade stand? Who will create the PowerPoint pitch? Who will do the secondary research?

Challenge 4: Your PowerPoint pitch: 5 mins max 4 Ps Price – how much will you charge? Product – what is your idea? Place – where would you sell the product? Promotion – how will you persuade customers to buy your product?

Challenge 5: Trade table You will need to come up with a table which you would use to sell your goods at a trade fair. This means you need enough products and table decorations to look great..
