2015 FINANCIAL REPORT

 APPIX Investments Limited is a multifaceted company that deals with a wide array of investments. This includes investments in the real estate sector, construction industry, manufacturing, hospitality and farming  The Company is run by a nine member board of directors. The board comprises of five executive members and four non executives

 MISSION: The Company’s basic objective is to maximize stockholders value by having a diverse range of investment mix in different economic sectors.  VISION: To be a leading multinational company renowned for top notch quality service

 The following are the key financial statements discussed in this presentation  Income statement  Statement of financial position  Cash flow statements

 This is a financial statement showing the revenues that have been generated as a result of the operating costs incurred over a certain accounting period.  The end result shows whether from the given activities the entity made a loss or a profit.  The following is the income statement for 2014 and a forecasted statement for 2015

 This is a critical statement to the business that seeks to show the Company’s current financial standing. It indicates the total assets, liabilities and capital formation of the firm.  The assets have to be equal to the capital that is why it is at time referred to as the balance sheet.  The following is Apix statement

 This statement facilitates the investors to analyze the cash inflow into the company and the cash outflow from the company  It is crucial in determining the level of liquidity the company is in and whether it has sufficient resources to cover for the day to day operations.  The following is Apix cash flow statement
